Our theatre background is strong and diverse. We have presented shows in all sorts of venues from traditional proscenium arch theatres, to parks and gardens. We believe in quality customer service, with the director’s artistic vision in mind. Our aim is to provide that extra polish to make your production or venue stand out from others.

          InnovaSON

For musicals we have the amazing InnovaSON Digital audio mixing console. With this console, audio settings are recorded much like scenes are on a lighting desk. These can then be recalled so that your shows are consistent from one performance to the next Call us if you would like a demonstration or tuition on this console.

          Radio Microphones

Large radio microphone stock which can be configured to suit the user. Includes hand-held, headset, bud, ear clip and lapel-style microphones. Advice and assistance with tuning and setting up microphones, and with operating for rehearsals and performances.

          Sound Effects

Large sound effects library available for productions. Ask us if we have it; we can record and create our own.

          Audio Editing

Editing of soundtracks and effects to suit performances. Dance and group-fitness tracks edited.

Lighting Department:

Including lamps, lanterns, dimmers, control desks, cabling, truss and consumables such as lighting gel and tapes

          Lighting design

Our lighting team can cover designs made ‘on-the-go’ or we can provide scale plans and drawings. We design traditional or moving-light shows for stage, plays, musicals, dance shows and other productions.

AALT has a large range of staging and risers available. These units are light-weight and simple to erect. Please contact us for more information. 

          Sand-bags and other stage hardware

Design and installation of lighting bars and other similar hardware. Sand and shot-bags, and other hardware such as hook-clamps and safety-wires.

          Sets

Consultation on set design, including construction on or off your site.

Staff:

          Production Management

We will organise, from start to finish, any show or event in any venue. The production management team ensures infrastructure such as seating and staging are supplied, and production elements such as lighting and audio are correctly installed and on-time. We can supervise and assist your own production team to realise the director’s vision safely and within budget.

          Stage Management

To oversee and guide the running of your show a professional stage manager is the key. The stage manager’s role is to hold the production together and ensure the show goes ahead and all cues occur on-time. They will attend rehearsals, bump-in, call the show for the season, and bump-out. Our stage managers can also assist your staff or crew to call the show, and cue performers etc.

          Risk assessment

Our team has extensive experience with theatrical risk assessment. We have been responsible for implementing risk assessment procedures in a number of venues and different productions.
